{"id":88,"date":"2015-01-07T16:08:10","date_gmt":"2015-01-07T15:08:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.leblogimmo.nicolas-devillard.fr\/?p=88"},"modified":"2021-02-18T10:37:27","modified_gmt":"2021-02-18T09:37:27","slug":"le-mouton-a-5-pattes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nicolas-devillard.fr\/en\/le-mouton-a-5-pattes\/","title":{"rendered":"Le mouton \u00e0 5 pattes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ont vu cro\u00eetre le nombre de clients en qu\u00eate de l\u2019appartement id\u00e9al, l\u2019appartement r\u00eav\u00e9 et id\u00e9alis\u00e9, vu dans les magazines de d\u00e9coration ou sur les \u00e9crans de cin\u00e9ma, l\u2019appartement fantasm\u00e9, le fameux mouton \u00e0 5 pattes.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certes, il faut esp\u00e9rer grand pour avoir grand. Mais le principe de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est une notion \u00e0 ne pas perdre de vue. Certains veulent une grande terrasse au dernier \u00e9tage, mais uniquement dans un immeuble ancien, d\u2019autres attendent l\u2019adresse parfaite, comprise entre le n\u00b012 et le n\u00b032 de leur avenue f\u00e9tiche, en \u00e9vitant si possible le n\u00b024, dont la fa\u00e7ade est un peu moins belle que ses voisines. D\u2019autres encore traquent la moindre faille et s\u2019indignent que la 4\u00e8me chambre n\u2019ait pas sa propre salle de bains, que le couloir soit si long ou encore que le l\u2019\u00e9cole soit 500 m\u00e8tres trop loin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00f4le de l\u2019agent immobilier est bien entendu d\u2019attirer gentiment l\u2019attention du client sur l\u2019incoh\u00e9rence de sa demande, et de le mettre en garde contre des attentes trop \u00e9lev\u00e9es qu\u2019il n\u2019arrivera pas \u00e0 satisfaire. Mais il n\u2019est pas de pire sourd qui ne veut entendre. Et puis il faut reconna\u00eetre que visiter de beaux appartements peut \u00eatre un loisir tr\u00e8s divertissant, et gratuit de surcro\u00eet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais pour ceux qui cherchent r\u00e9ellement, pour r\u00e9soudre un probl\u00e8me d\u2019espace ou de localisation, on peut se demander ce qui les pousse \u00e0 ne jamais choisir. Certains ne savent pas ce qu\u2019ils aiment et changent d\u2019avis constamment, au gr\u00e9 des influences. Mais toutes les raisons invoqu\u00e9es pour ne pas acheter\/louer ne sont bien souvent que des pr\u00e9textes pour ne pas s\u2019engager. La peur de l\u2019avenir et une conjoncture en demi-teinte peuvent expliquer cette attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre explication peut \u00eatre l\u2019impression fausse donn\u00e9e par internet que le march\u00e9 abonde de biens sans cesse renouvel\u00e9s : il y aura peut-\u00eatre mieux demain, et encore mieux apr\u00e8s-demain. Le 3\u00e8me appartement \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bien, mais le 27\u00e8me sera encore mieux. J\u2019ai connu certains clients qui cherchaient depuis 2 ans, 3 ans, voire m\u00eame 5 ans&nbsp;(!), et qui perdent autant d\u2019ann\u00e9es durant lesquelles ils auraient pu vivre plus confortablement, ou plus pr\u00e8s de leur lieu de travail, ou encore dans une maison plus grande, et qui ont scrupuleusement refus\u00e9 toutes les offres valables qui leur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites, car quand on veut trouver un d\u00e9faut ou une raison de ne pas acheter\/louer, on trouve&nbsp;! Mais quand on cherche vraiment sa nouvelle maison, on la trouve aussi, et c\u2019est bien plus gratifiant que de devenir un chercheur
