RENTALS
Tenant:
- Furnished rental code civil contract : 12% of the annual rent (charges included) + VAT
- Unfurnished rental code civil contract : 1 month rent (excluding charges) + VAT
- Loi Alur contract : 12€/sq.m for the visit, the file and the contract.
- Inspection fee (entrance): 3€/sq.m
Owner:
- Furnished rental code civil contract : 1/2 month rent (charges included) TTC* with an exclusive mandate, 1 month rent (charges included) TTC with a non-exclusive-mandate
- Furnished rental loi Alur contract : 1 month rent (charges included) TTC
- Unfurnished rental code civil contract : 1 month rent (excluding charges) TTC
- Unfurnished rental loi Alur contract : 10% TTC of the annual rent (excluding charges) (+ inspection fee if the mandate is non-exclusive).
- Inspection fee (entrance): 3€/sq.m
