Rentals
Loi Alur contracts in Paris and western suburbs:
For the tenant: 12 €/sq.m
For the owner: total of 1 month rent + vat (20 %) for an unfurnished rental, or total of 1 month rent with charges, vat included for a furnished rental.
Other contracts
Furnished: 12 % of the annual rent (charges included) + vat (20 %), paid by the tenant, administrative and inventory fees: €600 incl. VAT payable by the owner.
Unfurnished: 1 month rent (without charges) + vat (20 %) included, paid by the tenant, 1 month rent (without charges), vat included, paid by the owner.
